Terms and Conditions Overview:
  • This event is organized by Almarai for customers and is exclusively related to Almarai Cheese products.
  • The event is valid within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, starting from January 15, 2025, until quantities last.
  • The event includes the distribution of a variety of gifts to all participants.
  • Each participant is allowed to enter and participate multiple times.
  • To participate, entrants must scan the event-specific barcode and complete all required registration steps and details without purchasing the product.
  • All participants will receive an instant gift in the form of digital stickers, along with other gifts, including discount coupons for delivery apps and subscriptions to entertainment platforms, based on applicable policies.
  • Participants will be contacted using the contact details provided on the event’s website.
  • Participants must ensure the accuracy of their contact information.
  • Gifts will be delivered to participants based on the contact details provided on the event’s website.
  • Gifts are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • If a participant cannot be contacted or if there is an error in the provided information, the participant will be disqualified.
  • Almarai reserves the right to cancel participation if the terms and conditions are not met.
  • Agents, representatives, employees of Almarai, and their families are not eligible to participate in the event.
  • Entry and participation in the event signify acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  • Information obtained from participants is subject to Almarai’s privacy policy and will be retained for reference as needed.
  • Almarai is not liable for any actions or claims, directly or indirectly, resulting in harm to participants that are beyond the company’s control.
  • Almarai holds no responsibility or liability for any fraudulent activities or communications with individuals or sites not affiliated with the company.
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials for the Almarai Promotion. Participants of the Almarai Promotion will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

How to participate:
  • Participant to scan the QR code, enter the microsite, register to win instant gift.
  • Optionally, consumer can submit a receipt to win gift. The receipt will be approved if it shows that a participating Almarai products has been purchased.
  • The Organiser will verify and confirm the submitted registration within 24 working hours.
  • Once registration is approved the Participant will receive a gift detail and individual instructions per gift on the registered email of the Participant.
  • The gift must be claimed within one month of receipt of the email from the Organiser.

Gifts:
  • Each valid product on the receipt will receive one (1) “Gift” for every valid and complete entry submitted successfully on the redemption platform. (The More products customer purchase , the more gifts the customer will get)
  • Gift/s are non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-exchangeable.
  • Gift/s cannot be exchanged for cash or gift credit or any other gift of any kind.
  • Terms and conditions apply on all gift partners.
  • Employees of Almarai or any other third parties associated with this promotion and for marketing services are unable to participate in the promotion, and any submission will be deemed invalid.
  • In case of doubt of any fraudulent activity, TLC Middle East reserves its right to itself or through third party to deny any claim that is deemed to have been met with fraudulent activity and/or not abiding by the rules set out in the Terms & Conditions.
  • All gift partners terms and conditions, as provided to the Participant at the time that the relevant gift is redeemed, shall also apply. The Participant, in redeeming and utilizing the gift, agrees to such terms and conditions.
General Terms:
  1. By entering this activation Participants warrant that they have carefully read, accepted and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
  2. Without detracting in any way from the promotion Terms and Conditions, the following general provisions shall be applicable to these rules.
  3. The Promoter will interpret the Terms and Conditions in their sole discretion and reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with the provisions contained in these rules.
  4. By entering and participating in the promotion, you agree that the Organiser (TLC Middle East) may collect and process email of the Participants for purposes of this promotion. (Sending the gifts)
  5. The Promoter, their directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by them or any supplier of goods and services in connection with this promotion and their spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, business partners or associates are not eligible to participate in or enter this promotion, and in case they participated, gift shall be withdrawn.
  6. In the event of a dispute, the Participant hereby acknowledge and agree that the decision of the Organiser will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into this regard and for further clarity, the Organiser shall be entitled to deal with such disputes (or any failure by entrants to follow the rules) in their sole discretion, including that the Organiser shall be entitled, in addition to any other rights which the Organiser may have in terms of these rules, to immediately disqualify entrants from this promotion. By entering the promotion and/or accepting any prize, the Participants and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Almarai and the Organiser (including their subsidiaries, holding companies and affiliates), their directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors (the “Organiser parties”)
  7. Neither TLC or Almarai can be held liable from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim for damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the promotion, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
  8. The Participants who, in the Organisers’ sole determination, act unlawfully, fraudulently, in breach of these rules and/or Terms and Conditions or otherwise dishonestly may be disqualified from participating in the promotion and shall not be eligible to win any prize.
  9. By signing on this Terms and Conditions, the Participants hereby acknowledge and agree that neither Almarai nor TLC Worldwide shall be held liable nor responsible for any gift misrepresentation (written or verbal) on warranties by anyone / group other than TLC Worldwide.
  10. Additional to any other rights contained in the competition rules, the Promoter reserve the right to terminate the promotion at any time with immediate effect. If this is the case, the Organiser will provide a notice on the website and it shall be the responsibility of the Participants to review such website in this respect. In such event, all Participants hereby waive any rights which they may have against any of the Organiser parties and acknowledge that they will have no recourse or claim of any nature against the Organiser parties.
  11. The Organiser is not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted. Any prize is accepted by a participant/winner at his/her own risk and the Organiser is not liable, at any time, for any defect in the prize.
  12. The duration of this promotion may also be extended or curtailed at the sole discretion of the Promoters. If this is the case, the Organiser will provide notice of this on the website. All promotion queries must be directed to TLC Worldwide customer service email on unwrapfreegift@tlcrewards.com 08:30 to 16:30 Monday – Friday. Not available on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays.
  13. The Organiser reserves the right to block the Participants if found abusing the competition rules and mechanics.
  14. If for any reason this activation is not capable of being carried on as planned, due to without limitation infection by any computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, act of God, war (whether or not declared), political coup or insurrection, rebellion, labor dispute, fire, epidemic, storm, flood, typhoon, explosion, legal enactment, government directive, order or regulation, any law or regulation having force of law or any other reason or cause beyond the control of Almarai or TLC Middle East which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this activation, Almarai, to the fullest extent permitted by law, reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this activation and to disqualify any Participants who tampers with the activation and/or the entry process.
  15. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TLC Middle East is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer software and/or equipment, failure of any e-mail account or any combination thereof.
  16. Almarai will be entitled at its sole discretion and subject to any applicable law, to cancel, terminate, extend or suspend the activation or to modify these terms and conditions at any time prior to the closing date.
  17. The Promoter and Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or damage whether directly or indirectly whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any death or personal injury suffered or sustained by the Participant. Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Participant hereby releases Almarai and TLC Middle East, and all persons or corporations associated directly or indirectly with the activation from any and/or all claims, demands and proceedings whatsoever arising as a consequence of:
    • Their participation in the activation.
    • Any breach of these terms and conditions.
    • The use or non-use of the gift.
  18. This release and indemnity extend to and includes Almarai and TLC Middle East, its parent company and its related bodies corporate, and its respective directors, officers, agents, contractors, employees and sponsors associated with or which is involved directly or indirectly with the activation. This release and indemnity continue forever and binds the Participants' heirs, executors, personal representatives and assigns.
Data Protection:
By entering this promotion, I allow the Organiser to send or forward to me marketing materials relating to the Promoter’s products and/or services.
I.e (Email addresses only) for this promotion, will be shared with the authorized TLC Worldwide Group.
